RCP Master 4 software is dedicated to time and attendance analysis, worktime billing, and providing payroll data.

Time and attendance data processed by RCP Master 4 may come from an external file, electronic recorders (T&A terminals), or an access control system.

RCP Master 4 calculates components periods of time and attendance (working time, breaks, overtime, night work, business trips, holidays, etc.) and provides payroll data. In addition, the software provides a number of additional useful features, intended for monitoring the employee's attendance as well as the organization of work thus improving the operation of companies and their everyday efficiency.

RCP Master 4 can operate independently or as an integral part of the RACS access control system. In the second case, the program automatically imports time and attendance data from the access control system, which significantly simplifies the system use.

The flexible licensing system RCP Master 4 enables the selection of licenses depending on the size of the company that will use the solution. The application provides a user-friendly interface, enables multi-station operation as well as management from the web browser (RCP Master 4 Web module).

The program is intended for use in the HR and accounting departments of companies working in various business areas such as manufacturing, logistics, offices, universities, health care, public sector, and many others.

  1. Licensing system of RCP Master 4 software requires using a license key, the RLK-1 network license key or connection of the RUD-6-LKY hardware key. The hardware key must be connected to workstation with installed License Server service.
  2. Demo version can be used for the purpose of evaluation and testing free of charge during first 60 days after installation. Demo version requires license key (ordered straight from the software). Demo version does not require connection of the dongle.

Free of charge technical support does not include:

  • installation of MS SQL Server
  • SDF local database migration into a centralized MS SQL database
