VISO SMS Module and Integration of Fire Protection Control Panels in the RACS 5 System

Introduced at the end of last year, the second edition of the access control system management software (VISO 2) offers a number of new features, the most important of which include the addition of the VISO SMS module and integration with fire control panels.

The VISO SMS module

The VISO SMS module enables monitoring and visualisation of integrated security systems within the RACS 5 system management software and in many cases can successfully replace external SMS programs. The integration of fire protection systems is another important group of functionalities that adds to pre-existing integrations: CCTV, VMS, T&A, SMS, BMS, PSIM, IAS, server lifts, key depositors, and wireless online locks.

Integration of fire protection control panels with the VISO 2 module

  • FPA/AVENAR (Bosch),
  • Cerberus PRO (Siemens),
  • POLON 4000/6000 (POLON-ALFA),
  • Integral EvoxX (Schrack Seconet).

Fire protection control panels integration in the VISO SMS module

  • Visualisation of fire panel states on maps (control from integrated control panels)
  • Localisation of control panel states on maps
  • Fire control panel status verification via CCTV
  • Presentation of emergency procedures
  • Planning and recording of service work on the SSP system
  • Recording of system operator actions
