Configuration import from RACS 4.2 to 4.3 and user limit

Description:
After the configuration import from RACS 4.2 to RACS 4.3 the list of users is limited to ID=999. How to import users with IDs over 999?

Solution:

The cause of the problem is default option which limits the list of users to 999. It allows to shorten the time needed to send configuration to PRxx2 series controllers. To solve the problem please follow steps below:

  1. Choose File > New database,
  2. Click Tools > Options > Misc,
  3. Uncheck option +++Users ID limited to 1000 (0...999),
  4. Import the original configuration again (File > Import database).
