After access is granted the controller restarts itself

Description:
Electric strike is connected directly to a controller and is released directly from PRxx2 controller. After access is granted the electric strike is released but the controller restarts itself. What is the cause?

Solution:

The cause of the problem is probably voltage drop by 1V under accepted value. This may be caused by using a cable with too low profile or power supply with too low power efficiency. It is recommended to check both issues to solve the problem.
