Adding new user/card NORMAL type in PRTxxEM/MF

Solution:

In order to add new user/card NORMAL type in PRTXXEM or PRTxxMF it is necessary to use Master card and proper command:

1. Read Master card or put PIN of Master user. The reader switches to programming mode and lights "Open" LED (green) and "Status" LED (red);
2. Choose function 12 - [Add NORMAL type users with cards] and read and register user cards in sequence. The reader generates double "beep" signal and waits for cards. Users are added on the first free memory sectors and their ID numbers are unknown. The reader leaves programming mode after 20 seconds of inactivity or when [#] button is pressed.
