VISO SMS is primarily used for monitoring, visualization, and security management in facilities.
VISO SMS is a security management system that works with the RACS 5 access control system and enables integration with fire alarm systems (FAS), intrusion alarm systems (IAS), closed-circuit television systems (CCTV), communication systems (VoIP, SMS, e-mail) and with building automation. VISO SMS can also be used outside the RACS 5 system as an independent software platform for the integration of security systems.
As other Security Management Systems, VISO SMS is primarily used for monitoring, visualization, and security management in facilities. It enables central monitoring of various systems within one software and in case of emergency it allows operators to obtain a clear picture of the situation in the monitored area, so they can efficiently and quickly make decisions and react to situations such as fire, intrusion, failure, etc.
The multi-user VISO SMS system offers a modern, efficient, and intuitive user interface (GUI) and is integrated with popular security systems from Bosch, Siemens, Satel, Milestone, Hikvision, Dahua, and others. The solution can be successfully used in such facilities as office buildings, industrial plants, stadiums, museums, and state administration buildings, but also other facilities where the use of SMS class solution is beneficial.
VISO SMS enables the implementation of security scenarios, i.e., procedures for operators in an emergency situation. At the same time, it records all the activities of operators for later analysis as part of reports and summaries. The system supports the effective management of security personnel and can also be used to keep records of performed and planned maintenance and repair work.
The VISO SMS module consists of the Maps Monitor presenting the area in a graphical layout and the Notifications Monitor presenting alarms, warnings, failures, and other information recorded in the monitored area. The Maps Monitor includes static graphic backgrounds and interactive objects reflecting elements such as detectors, doors, cameras, etc. The Notifications Monitor presents alarms, warnings, information, and failures in a window divided into individual types of monitored systems.
