The RCP Master software for time and attendance has been available on the market for almost 15 years. During this time, its three editions have been released. At the beginning of this year, the long-awaited, fourth edition was released.

RCP Master 4 provides all previously available functionalities, which have proven their value in thousands of successfully implemented installations, and offers a number of new features adapted to the requirements of today's labour market.

The new edition of the programme includes, among other things, the RCP Master 4 Web module, which allows employees to access selected functions of the Time & Attendance (T&A) system via a web browser. An employee using RCP Master 4 Web can view the current status of his working time, view the event log, apply for leave, or report any other type of absence without the necessity to contact the HR department. In addition, RCP Master 4 Web allows remote registration of RCP events, including remote work registration.

RCP Master 4 Web also provides a set of functions designed for supervisors of various levels (managers, foremen, team leaders, etc.), who thus gain a convenient and fast way to view the working time of individuals operating within the managed team.

As with previous versions of the software, RCP Master 4 can operate independently in standalone mode or be an integral part of the RACS 4 or RACS 5 access control system. The flexible and advantageous licensing system continues, allowing the selection of licences depending on the size and needs of the company. RCP Master 4 is fully compatible with RCP Master 3, which enables quick and convenient migration to a newer version of the software.
