SAFE PLACE Congress 2025
On 26–28 November 2025, the 8th International SAFE PLACE Science and Technology Congress was held at the Windsor Hotel in Jachranka. The event is one of Poland’s key platforms dedicated to the security of public utility facilities and critical infrastructure. Once again, it brought together representatives of public administration, the military, security services, the protection industry, academia and business, creating a space for knowledge exchange and discussion on the key challenges shaping modern security.
This year's edition focused on the theme: “Security of organisations and facilities in the era of implementing the OL and OC system in Poland.” Across presentations, debates and expert meetings, participants explored practical aspects of organisational readiness for new regulations, strengthening infrastructure resilience and implementing solutions tailored to emerging threats.
As a technical partner of the congress, we presented technologies supporting the protection of high‑security facilities, including:
- RACS 5 Access Control System – an advanced and scalable platform enabling comprehensive access management in facilities requiring a high level of protection.
- RKDS Key Management System – a solution for controlled management and monitoring of keys in environments subject to strict supervision.
During live demonstrations and discussions, our experts showcased how these solutions enhance the resilience of critical infrastructure, support compliance with new regulatory requirements and help increase the overall security level within complex organisations.
As in previous years, the congress included awards for technical partners who demonstrated exceptional engagement. In the category of most visited booth, Roger – together with Seris Konsalnet – was recognised with a distinction, highlighting the high footfall and active participation of attendees at our stand.

This recognition is an important indication that the technologies we develop align with real market needs and are positively received by professionals responsible for securing critical facilities.
We would like to thank everyone who visited our booth, engaged in discussions and shared their experiences. We look forward to meeting you at future industry events!
