Roger offers technical support helpline with multiple operators working in office hours. Support by TeamViewer is offered if it’s technically possible and justified. In such a case, Roger technician can remotely connect with customer’s computer in order to verify and correct the reported issue. Third party TeamViewer software is distributed within the RACS 5 software package.

Free of charge technical support includes help in the configuration of hardware and software. We also advise on possible solutions and selection of adequate devices. In case of problems we help in analysis and finding the solution.

    Free of charge technical support does not include:
  • installation of MS SQL Server
  • SDF local database migration into centralized MS SQL database
  • database transfer to another computer
  • typical configuration of the system including configuration of the whole new system
  • typical software operation and servicing e.g. monthly reports
  • trainings on software use
  • support for previous version of the software
