**Description:
During database import from PR Master software an error appears:**

**What is the cause of the error and how can I fix it?**

**Solution:**

The error is caused by lack of RCP ID user numbers. To fix it and to import user list properly it is necessary to give every user unique RCP ID number. This number can be given in "User properties" tab in PR Master software (example is shown below):
