**Description:
After restarting the computer, services from the RogerSVC package (e.g. Communication Service) are stopped and do not start automatically.**

**Solution:**

2. Go to Start:&gt; Run&gt; type regedit
3. Go to: HKEY\_LOCAL\_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control
4. Select the Control folder, then right-click an empty space on the right side and select New: DWORD Value
5. Enter a name for the DWORD: ServicesPipeTimeout
6. Right-click on ServicesPipeTimeout, and select Modify
7. Select the decimal system, enter the value data: '180000', click OK
8. Restart the computer
