**Description:
The firmware update procedure failed. The controller does not accept new firmware.**

**Solution:**

Especially in cases where there is a big difference in the firmware version (e.g. upgrade from 1.3 or older to the latest one), use the [**support firmware**](https://www.roger.pl/en/component/docman/doc_download/2524-mc16-firmware-v-1-1-1-208.html) first and then the target firmware.
