**Description:**
**How to update PR Master from version 4.2.x.x to 4.3.x.x safely?**

**Solution:**

To perform PR Master update please follow the instructions below:

1. Copy whole PR Master installation folder (c:/Program Files/Roger/...) to another disk or other media.
2. Make configuration settings export: *File / Export system settings* and save them in safe place (hard disk or other media). If software denies to make settings export due to licence limitations please compress DATA folder from the software installation location and send it to ROGER technical support This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with short description of the issue, our technicians will prepare proper file.
3. Uninstall older version of PR Master and manually erase PR Master installation folder (c:/Program Files/Roger/... ).
4. Install new version of PR Master and import previously exported configuration data.
