We are pleased to announce that Roger company has once again been recognised in the **Business Gazelles 2024** ranking – a prestigious list that has been rewarding the most dynamic small and medium-sized enterprises in Poland for over two decades. This is our fifth recognition with the Gazele Biznesu title since the beginning of our operations.

## **What are the Business Gazelles?**

The Business Gazelles is a prestigious ranking organised by the editorial team of **"Puls Biznesu"**, based on data prepared by the economic intelligence agency **Coface**, which analyses the financial performance of companies over the last three years. The key criteria include:

- Steady revenue growth during the analysed period,
- Financial stability and no losses,
- Transparency of business operations.

## **What does this recognition mean to us?**

Receiving this recognition is proof that consistency in pursuing our goals and stability in our operations are delivering tangible results. This award also serves as a motivation to continue improving and expanding our offerings to better meet market needs and the expectations of our clients and business partners.
