The event brought together hospital directors, technical department managers, architects, designers, contractors, people responsible for tenders and purchases, as well as representatives from local government administration, sanitary and epidemiological stations, service technicians, installers, and occupational health and safety and fire protection specialists. The conference program included presentations and discussions on key aspects of the design, financing, construction, modernisation, and equipping of healthcare facilities, as well as their management and adaptation to the latest legal regulations, including construction, sanitary, technical, and fire protection standards. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest solutions supporting the daily operations of medical institutions and engage in one-on-one conversations at the exhibition stands. As conference event partners, we presented a lecture titled *"Centralized Access Management in Healthcare Facilities on the Example of Selected Projects"*. During the presentation, we discussed the most important solutions of [the RACS 5 access control system](https://www.roger.pl/index.php?Itemid=419&lang=en), which has been implemented at [the Children's Memorial Health Institute](https://www.roger.pl/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=887:centralized-access-management-at-the-children-s-memorial-health-institute-complex&catid=117:case-studies-en&lang=en-GB&Itemid=616) and [the Multidisciplinary Regional Hospital in Gorzow Wlkp.](https://www.roger.pl/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=946:racs-5-access-control-system-at-the-multidisciplinary-regional-hospital-in-gorzow-wlkp&catid=117:case-studies-en&lang=en-GB&Itemid=616) The event was a great opportunity to learn about best practices, exchange experiences, and present practical solutions for medical facilities.
