With our first in-house projects and self-developed solutions, created step by step with a commitment to quality, responsibility for the results of our work, and the belief that technology should address real-world needs. Roger was founded in 1991 as a family business established by brothers Grzegorz and Dariusz Wensker. From the very beginning, the company was guided by a simple idea: to create solutions people can trust. Solutions designed with users in mind and refined to the smallest detail. Built on the belief that doing things well is worth the extra time, effort and dedication it requires. Over the years, technologies, market expectations and the business environment continued to evolve. Roger adapted alongside these changes, gaining experience, broadening its expertise and taking on increasingly demanding projects. Each stage of the journey was shaped by thoughtful decisions, consistent effort and a willingness to embrace new challenges. It was never a shortcut-driven path. For decades, we have invested in knowledge, built our own competencies and developed technologies designed and created in Poland. Thanks to this approach, a small family business grew into a recognized manufacturer of access control and security solutions whose technologies are now used in thousands of facilities across Poland and around the world. Today, Roger solutions support the daily operations of industrial facilities, office buildings, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, public organizations and critical infrastructure. Yet when we look back on the past 35 years, it becomes clear that this story is about far more than technology alone. Behind every product, deployment and major milestone stand people. Employees who have spent years creating successive generations of solutions and contributing their knowledge, experience and dedication to the company's success. Business partners and system integrators who have worked alongside us on ambitious projects. Customers whose trust and evolving needs have continually inspired us to move forward. Together, they have shaped the Roger story over the past three and a half decades. The year 2024 marked another important chapter in our journey as [we joined ASSA ABLOY,](https://www.roger.pl/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1325:roger-joins-assa-abloy-group&catid=202:blog-news&lang=en-GB&Itemid=1039) the global leader in access solutions. This opened up new opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing and international growth. At the same time, it did not change the principles that have guided us from the beginning: responsibility for the solutions we create, a commitment to quality, and partnerships built on mutual trust. Thirty-five years later, we are in a very different place from where we started. We benefit from decades of experience, embrace new opportunities and pursue ambitious plans for the future. At the same time, we remain true to the values that have guided us from day one and helped shape the company we are today. Every day, millions of users rely on Roger solutions in their daily operations. This is both a source of pride and a responsibility that drives us to keep improving and exploring new possibilities. We look to the future with the same commitment and determination that accompanied our very first steps more than three decades ago. As we celebrate our 35th anniversary, we would like to thank everyone who has been part of this journey — our employees, business partners, distributors, system integrators and customers.
