Employees using RCP Master 4 Web can, without communication with HR department, perform many activities on their own, in particular, to see the current status of their worked time, view the register of T&A events, apply for leave, or report other types of absence. The RCP Master 4 Web module enables employees to remotely register T&A events, including the registration of remote work. The RCP Master 4 Web application provides a set of functions designed for supervisors of various levels (managers, foremen, team leaders, etc.), who thus gain a convenient and quick way of orientation within the team they manage. The use of RCP Master 4 Web as an integral part of the company's installed time and attendance system makes it easier for employees to manage their working time. In addition, it automates and streamlines the work of HR departments by eliminating a number of activities and tasks related to employee handling.
