This Website (www.roger.pl) is owned by Roger Sp.J. Dariusz Wensker, Grzegorz Wensker registered at 82-400 Sztum, Gościszewo 59, Poland (hereinafter referred to as Roger). By using this Website and the Materials made available through it, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions as stated below you should stop using this Website and downloading the Materials made available through it.

All rights to the contents within this Website are reserved. The intellectual property rights to the contents within this Website, in particular to the graphic layout of the Website, photographs and graphic elements used on the Website pages as well as the trademarks, are possessed exclusively by Roger and protected by statutory provisions, in particular provisions of: "ustawa z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych" (the Act on Copyrights and Related Rights of February 4th, 1994), "ustawa z dnia 30 czerwca 2000 r. o prawie własności przemysłowej" (the Act on Industrial Property Rights of June 30th, 2000), "ustawa z dnia 16 kwietnia 1993 roku o zwalczaniu nieuczciwej konkurencji" (the Unfair Competition Act of April 16th, 1993), "ustawa z dnia 27 lipca 2001 roku o ochronie baz danych" (the Act on Protection of Databases of July 27th, 2001).

The Parties (Roger and the user) unambiguously declare their will that these Terms and Conditions and any additional conditions connected therewith and any related documents should be made in Polish.

7.4

If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, then it does not affect the validity of the whole document in any way.

This document supersedes any of its previous versions and is valid until the next version is issued.
